My latest piece on cnbc.com using exclusively obtained transcripts from the 1976, 1980 and 2012 RNC convention, Curly Haugland's "claim" that all GOP delegates are unbound is true! Transcripts also show the RNC using the same Supreme Court ruling to bind and unbind delegates based on who they wanted for President.
