Anecdote is hiring: Business support role

Anecdote is looking for a new person to join our team! We need someone to help us manage all the admin and logistics that ensure our training programs run silky smooth. You’ll work closely with all our customers along with our incredible existing team of Cynden, Mike, Paul, Mark and Shawn.

We strongly encourage candidates of all different backgrounds to apply. Anecdote is committed to building an inclusive, supportive place for you to do the best and most rewarding work of your career. We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to building a company that embraces and celebrates diversity and inclusion.

About the Work: Business Support

In the Business Support role, you will be close to all the action! The majority of your role will involve handling shipments, event administration, client communication and research. You will ensure that our products are delivered well ahead of time, provide technological and administrative support, and conduct regular research to help push Anecdote forward. You will be dealing closely with clients and will serve as an ambassador of the company. A key responsibility is to learn as much as possible about Anecdote’s products and approaches with a long-term view.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is open to new ideas, willing to learn, enjoys a challenge, and finds solutions to problems. You need to be really good at getting all the details right. You are excited by innovative technologies and tools to meet the demands of a scalable business. You take pride in your work but do not seek validation. You care for the welfare of your team and want to create a positive environment. Ultimately, we are looking for a Manager of One. An individual who is self-directed, can do deep work but sees the bigger picture, and thrives in a team of fellow Managers of One. You are located in Melbourne, Canberra or Sydney.

DM me if you are interested or know someone who might be.
