After designing and implementing over a dozen capacity-building initiatives, LFA has refined our Cohort-Based Capacity Building (CBCB) offerings! We’ve integrated best practices and tried-and-true content and frameworks to equip nonprofits with skills and tools that improve organizational + programmatic outcomes and, ultimately, drive impact for the communities they serve.
