Adobe Animate CC & Google AMP (Google I/O ’18)

This really flew under my radar, but at Google I/O this year... Google announced a partnership with the Adobe Animate team to bring support for their Accelerated Mobile Pages (AMP) Project to Animate CC!

The AMP Project is an open-source initiative aiming to make the web better for all. The project enables the creation of websites and ads that are consistently fast, beautiful and high-performing across devices and distribution platforms.

You can watch the announcement and a quick demo as a part of this recording: AMP's evolution beyond web pages (Google I/O '18) [starts at 22:44]

It's great to see the multiplatform capabilities of Animate CC continue to expand through partnerships like this.
