I wanted to take some time to highlight some of the partners in tech that have enabled us to grow this year and engage our customers digitally both in marketing and customer interaction. This is not an exhaustive list but is a highlight of those companies you should know about and that give us some of the greatest boost! Let me know if you want connections or have questions!

AutoLeadStar

This AI-based CPC/Display technology has completely transformed our digital footprint, leveraging our inventory to increase on-site conversions and create a customer-first experience. Not to mention, our sales staff loves the data points they can connect to the customer data to increase lead to sale conversion.

Pulsar AI Inc.

Look, we think we have the best employees, but they like to sleep and take customers. The AI at Pulsar took over for a previous AI platform we used and gave us better conversations and conversions. Imagine walking into the dealership in the morning with a couple new appointments from customers you have never 'spoken' with.

XTime

So there are a lot of dealerships that have this platform but there is a massive difference between having a platform and using it. Our service managers and teams have adopted the extensive digital processes available and our customers love it. It also helps having some of the most amazing reps you could ask for that consistently partner with us to produce better results.

Dealer Inspire

We transitioned as an auto group this summer to Dealer Inspire for websites and could not be happier. We really feel like our franchise stores are given the best opportunity to engage customers digitally and give our customers a great mobile experience. Support is awesome and flexible to develop what we need in a timely manner as well!

There are plenty others that we have partnerships that I did not mention here that really enable us to be our best possible. The software and technology landscape is constantly changing in automotive and I think the next 6 months are going to be INSANE from that perspective. I have spoken with a lot of leaders of tech companies that have aggressive dev timelines and are desiring to help shape the digital transformation in the franchise dealer space. My hope is that technology in automotive is something that allows us to do our job better and attract the best people into an industry that is constantly growing and evolving.
