Hi Zomato Team, This is regarding Order ID 6758411355 placed on 9th April at 12:35 AM from Rajwadi Restaurant. Despite clearly mentioning the house number in the delivery address, the delivery executive Rahul Menariya failed to deliver the order. Instead, he switched off his phone and falsely marked the order as delivered. I tried calling him multiple times, but his phone remained off.
Extremely disappointed with the service. The delivery person delayed my order by picking up another order from a different location, which caused my food to arrive cold. On top of that, when I questioned him, he started shouting at me and told me to talk to the company. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. Please take strict action. Zomato

3wone of the most pathetic service . Ordered food yatrd and recv wrong item . was on chat for almost 45 mnts noone not even a single cc support came for help and just wrote to write the feeback on the mail and the chat was closed .!! I mean seriously. Dont you think zomato being such a big platform should be responsible for gheir customers. Customer service agent shweta was non coperative and was extreemely rude
