Hello Zomato, I am continuously facing issues with poor food quality and spillage. Sometimes, the order is not even received. Your customer support is ineffective—when contacted, they simply ask to write an email, and no one ever responds to it. Do you understand how it feels to order food, only to receive a message in the last 10 minutes saying the order is cancelled because the restaurant is too busy? Or worse, the app says the food is delivered, but it never actually arrives. And then, the only option is to write an email to Zomato, while “Mr. Zomato” seems too busy looting customers. Why is there no proper customer care system in place to address these issues? Why is the communication one-sided? This approach won’t work forever. One day, you will realize the value of your customers. We often don’t have many options, especially when staying away from our families. We rely on Zomato and similar platforms for our daily meals. But while we continue ordering, you seem to continue disappointing—or rather, looting—us. Just imagine being hungry, waiting for your food, and then not receiving it. You can’t reorder or step out due to office or work commitments, and end up working hungry until night.
