When a forum focused on change becomes a movement…. This year's 3rd Annual Military Thriving Change Forum features community leaders from 6 cities, each committed to hosting their own Regional Change Forum in 2026 and 2027. What happens at Georgetown on June 10 doesn’t stay at Georgetown. The collaboration and sharing of best practices goes home with the leaders committed to building something extraordinary at the local level. That's how you build a Military Thriving nation — one city, one community, one leader at a time. June 10. Georgetown University. Be part of what comes next. I’m looking forward to once again participating alongside my fellow Military Thriving Action Coalition (MTAC) colleagues. This event brings together change-makers who are committed to advancing opportunities and outcomes for veterans and military spouses. For employers, it offers best-in-class solutions to recruit, develop and retain military-connected talent and advancing social impact goals. Hope you will join us!

I realize I will be seen as biased, but these events have more energy than any military events I have attended in a long time. It's clear that people are looking to evolve and innovate our space. Those efforts are few and far between these days. I can't wait for the next chapter of Military Thriving!
