Continual Engine has announced the expansion of PREP into a full-suite enterprise accessibility platform. As ADA Title II enforcement timelines approach, organizations across higher education, government, and enterprise sectors are rethinking how accessibility fits into their digital infrastructure. The expanded PREP platform introduces new APIs and capabilities designed to embed accessibility directly into document and publishing workflows. Rather than relying on disconnected remediation tools or manual fixes after publication, PREP enables organizations to integrate accessibility into the way content is created, validated, and delivered. The capabilities announced include: • Auto-Tag APIs for automatically generating structured documents aligned with WCAG and PDF/UA standards • Accessibility Checker and Audit APIs for continuous compliance validation and website-wide PDF analysis • PDF-to-HTML output to transform static PDFs into responsive, accessible experiences • Deep integrations with LMS/CMS platforms such as Canvas, D2L Brightspace, CivicPlus, and Wagtail With these capabilities, PREP helps organizations scale document accessibility while reducing remediation time, lowering costs, and improving operational efficiency. DAY 16 – 30 Days Learning Challenge at TS Academy 🚀 Today’s session focused on: Information Architecture (IA) & User Flow We learned that great design isn’t just about visuals — it’s about structure. 🔎 Key Takeaways: • Information Architecture helps organize and structure content so users can easily find what they need. • IA connects three key elements: Users, Content, and Context. • Why IA matters: it reduces confusion, improves navigation, increases task completion, and strengthens usability. We also explored: • Core IA principles — organization, labeling, navigation, hierarchy, consistency, scalability, simplicity, and more. • The differences between User Flows, Task Flows, and Sitemaps. • IA tools and techniques like card sorting, tree testing, content inventory, and content grouping. Big lesson today: 👉 Clear structure creates clear user journeys. The journey continues. Still building. Still learning. 🔥 #30DaysOfTech #LearningWithTSAcademy #InformationArchitecture #UXDesign #UserFlow

Diagrams are the best! There is so much abstract thinking involved in planning a product, which can get very difficult as it scales. I use maps and diagrams to simplify these ideas at all stages of the design process: 1. Affinity maps and user journeys for research 2. Information architectures and sitemaps for building 3. Task flows for testing This adds structure and creates a wholesome, bird-eye view of the product for analysis. Draw a diagram, it helps ✨ #ProductDesign #UXDesign #DesignThinking #UserExperience #UXResearch #InformationArchitecture #UserJourneys #SystemsThinking #ProductStrategy #Tech #Learning

Day11/30 of #LearningWithTS || TS Academy Productivity isn't about just doing more, but about doing what actually matters. Consistency equals success, and that's why I've decided to remain consistent on this course at TS Academy. I'll do it tired, I'll do it unmotivated, but by all means, I'll keep showing up until we become unstoppable. Still on Usability Heuristics (The first 5); 1. Visibility of system status: The design should always keep users informed about what is going on, through appropriate feedback within a reasonable amount of time. 2. Match between system and real world: The design should speak the users' language. Use words, phrases, and concepts familiar to the user, rather than internal jargon. Follow real-world conventions, making information appear in a natural and logical order. 3. User control and freedom: Users often perform actions by mistake. They need a clearly marked "emergency exit" to leave the unwanted action without having to go through an extended process. 4. Consistency and standards: Users should not have to wonder whether different words, situations, or actions mean the same thing. Follow platform and industry conventions. 5. Error prevention: Good error messages are important, but the best designs carefully prevent problems from occurring in the first place. Either eliminate error-prone conditions, or check for them and present users with a confirmation option before they commit to the action. Watch out for the concluding part on Heuristics next... 💯 😊 #LearningWithTS #30DaysOfTech #30dayschallenge #uidesign #uiux

OPOXIT Update 🚀 (Transparency + Improvements) OPOXIT was built as an AI-powered viewport diagnosis and website analysis tool — generating multi-device screenshots, structural checks, and pre-deployment validation. After reviewing engagement data and user behavior, I identified key areas that needed improvement: • Stability and uptime consistency • UI/UX refinements • Workflow friction Those areas are being actively improved. One important clarification: OPOXIT is not optimized for mobile — intentionally. Because of the nature of the application (deep structural inspection, multi-viewport rendering, detailed layout analysis), the experience is desktop-focused. This is similar to how tools like Figma prioritized desktop environments due to workspace complexity and screen requirements. Viewport diagnostics require: • Larger workspace • Precision interaction • Multi-panel visibility • Accurate rendering context Mobile simply doesn’t provide the right environment for that level of structural analysis. If you previously tried OPOXIT, I invite you to revisit it on desktop and explore the recent refinements. 🔗 OPOXIT Website: https://lnkd.in/dy5DwNDz Iteration builds stronger systems. #WebDevelopment #AI #SaaS #ProductDevelopment #BuildInPublic #StartupJourney

One of the most overlooked parts of learning design is the work we don’t see. The quiet moments: • when a learner pauses • when they reconsider an idea • when they try again differently Those moments rarely appear in dashboards. But they are where learning actually happens. Completion tells us something was finished. Reflection tells us something changed. The challenge for educators and designers is not just to build activities. It’s to design environments where those invisible moments can happen. Learning doesn’t grow in speed. It grows in space. Where do learners have room to pause in your system? #LearningDesign #InstructionalDesign #EducationInnovation #ReflectiveLearning #EdTech

HOW TO: Keep Workflows Moving with Optional Steps in Goalify Professional ⏭️ Not every step in a workflow should block progress — especially in processes with frequent check-ins. With Goalify Professional, you can easily allow users to skip steps by marking them as optional. This is particularly valuable for workflows with regular check-ins (e.g. daily), where users might miss an entry but should still be able to continue without having to backfill previous steps. Additionally, steps can be configured to automatically skip if a deadline is not met — keeping the workflow flowing without manual intervention. The setup is simple: 1️⃣ Open the step 2️⃣ Add the Optional behavior 3️⃣ Apply and preview A small feature that creates a big improvement in usability, flexibility, and completion rates. #goalify #goalifyprofessional #compliance #workflows

Day 11/30 of #30DayswithTech with TS Academy Revision day😊 Today wasn’t about learning something new. It was about connecting everything I’ve learned so far from Day 1 -10. Marketing is not just about promotion or random content. It’s not “let’s just post and see how it’s goes. Marketing is strategy. In the past 10 days, I’ve learned that: Marketing starts with people. Research gives direction. Competitor analysis sharpens positioning. Channels must be chosen intentionally. Planning prevents randomness. Customer journeys reveal friction. Messaging must be structured, not scattered. Proof builds trust and buyer personas remove guesswork. And the biggest realization? Nothing in great marketing is accidental. Everything is layered and intentional. As someone in customer experience, I now see complaint as insight and positive review as positioning power. Marketing and Customer experience are not separate, they are deeply connected and at this point, I don’t just see customers alone, I see behavior patterns, decision triggers, messaging gaps and conversation opportunities. #30DaysOfTech #LearningWithTS #CustomerExperience #TSAcademy #LearningInPublic #DigitalMarketing #CareerGrowth
