𝗗𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗕𝗶𝗴 𝗮𝘁 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝗿𝗦𝘂𝗿𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗲! Last week, we came together for our very own DreamDay – an afternoon dedicated to imagining the future of YourSurprise. To make sure everyone could fully focus on dreaming big, we even closed the company for the afternoon. That’s how much we believe in the power of our people and their ideas! We kicked things off with an inspiring presentation, followed by dynamic brainstorming sessions where we shared our biggest dreams and ambitions for the company. We know that innovation starts with dreaming big; what better way to do that than with our whole team? Of course, in true YourSurprise style, we didn’t just stop at brainstorming. We wrapped up the day with an epic après-ski party – complete with a DJ, great music, and plenty of celebrations. Because dreaming about the future is important, but so is celebrating the journey together! Now, it’s time to turn these ideas into action.
