Kindness counts. 💚

This is honestly one of the most powerful messages for humankind. Words carry energy, and kindness has the ability to heal, encourage, and transform people in ways we often don’t realize. Every human should strive to be kind because sometimes a few gentle words can change someone’s entire day, or even their life.

This is a mindset we all need to adopt. Kind words don’t cost anything, but they can mean everything to someone who needs support, encouragement, or just a little positivity 💛

Kindness is underated in schools leadership. Some people consider kindness is not where you should go with in the flow of leadership. You would imagine a successful leader is sharp, fast, yes - no and never in between, always have the answer for all problem. And kindness often considered as meak, weak, dependent. Some people who think that they are fast often undermine people who are slower in the way they speak and interpret that as a problem. We born and grew in different areas and culture. We do not be giving shalow judgement towards kindness. Kindness is powerful!

Be kind to yourself first. That is where it has to start. Because the way we speak to ourselves quietly becomes the way we meet the world. If we are constantly harsh, impatient, and unforgiving with ourselves, kindness to others can become something we perform rather than something we live. But when we learn to treat ourselves with more patience and grace, we have much more to give. So, give yourself some grace ...

How important is the word! The key to paradise is in a word Entering hell is on a word And God's decree is the word If the word knew its sanctity, the treasure would increase The word is light, and some words are graves Some words are towering forts in which human nobility takes refuge The word is a criterion between a prophet and a wrongdoer By the word, distress is lifted The word is light and guidance followed by the nation Jesus was nothing but a word He illuminated the world with words and taught it to the fishermen, so they went to guide the world The word shook the oppressor The word is the fortress of freedom Indeed, the word is a responsibility Indeed, the man is the word The man's honor is the word

Love this. Speaking kindly creates magic. It builds connection, belonging, safety, trust, and warmth, and it spreads further than we often realize. I agree Ayushi, a few gentle words can go a long way, doing more than we often realize. Maybe a challenge to consider… be intentionally kind to three people each day, and see what happens.

I don’t speak to my plants but they have been with me since my mom made me a planter of 3 types of her plants. They are now over 45 years old and produced thousands of other plants… never said a word to them. They must be telepathically in tune with my mind because they remind me of my mom- every day, not just a special day like today. Happy Mother’s Day
