As 2025 wraps up, let’s dive into 5 key Oasis moments from this year:
1. ROFL went live on mainnet.
In July, we launched ROFL (Runtime Offchain Logic Framework) on mainnet. This marked a major step forward for verifiable execution and unlocked real-world use cases that go far beyond theory.
2. Supporting trustless applications in production.
Throughout the year, Oasis powered a growing set of live applications running confidential, verifiable compute, including Talos, Diode, Carrot, Plurality, TDX, Huralyaco, AgentWT3, and more.
3. Launching a strategic investment arm.
In 2025, we established a new strategic investment arm to support builders with long-term capital rather than one-off grants. Our first investment, SemiLiquid, reflects our conviction that confidentiality and verifiability will be critical for institutional-grade onchain infrastructure, particularly in the rapidly growing RWA space.
4. Five years of Oasis mainnet.
This year also marked five years since the Oasis Network launched, with no downtime and no incidents. That operational track record is foundational to everything we do and a testament to the robustness of the network and the teams maintaining it.
5. A year of community and ecosystem growth.
Beyond product launches, 2025 brought strong community momentum through global events, hackathons, partnerships, protocol upgrades, and contributions to emerging standards. We wrapped up the year by sharing many of these milestones and our 2026 outlook during the Oasis end-of-year community townhall.
As we head into 2026, we’re excited to continue building infrastructure that enables confidential, verifiable, and trust-minimized applications at scale.
We wouldn't be here without the initial support. That said, I really like the pivot to product-focused funding. Prioritizing teams that are actually shipping is exactly how the ecosystem matures beyond just infrastructure.
