Vinh Giang This is true and uncomfortable. I used to think connection came from saying the right thing or doing more for people. What actually changed things was noticing my own state when I walked into a room. Tired energy, guarded energy, performative energy all land whether we want them to or not. I completely suck at this more times than not. Life is a dogfight at times and showing up wanting to throat punch people is how I show up at times.
