DNF, as someone in Adtech I should be OK with 3 letters acronyms. But that wasn't what I was looking for my ironman report. After a PR swim, a great bike ride, I had to stop at mile 10 of the marathon to get treated for severe dehydration. So i finished 88% of the challenge but I learned at least 3 things: Plan for unexpected : little things can derail the biggest plan. For me it was a loose water bottle cap. Listen from advice from anyone : I owe my swim time to a pool lifeguard who noticed that I wasn't breathing properly underwater. Thanks to his advice I did my personal best at the swim. Be thankful for the support : this experience reminded how lucky I am to have wonderful people in my corner. Thanks SO Much to all of you. As for me glad to jump back in Adtech at #Possible, sip a mojito and take time to think of the next challenge!
As the saying goes: “They did not know it was impossible, so they did it”. Just the thought of partaking in this challenge was crazy enough that only you could have followed through. Truly inspiring show of grit and character here Vince! Bravo Monsieur 👏🏼
