What happens when you recreate an animation instead of just watching it? I tried recreating this video to break down how the animation actually works. While working on it, I learned: - How shape morphing works in motion design - How 3D depth enhances the scene and adds visual impact - How Convert Bezier works and helps refine motion paths Each recreation helps me understand motion better and improves my approach with every attempt. PS: This is just for my learning purposes. #motiondesign #aftereffects #productdesign #productdesigner #motiondesigner

In 3D animation, the audience only experiences the final output, but the real work happens much earlier. Perspective views, camera decisions, and framing choices define how a scene reads on screen. This behind-the-scenes look shows how those stages come together to create a clean, focused shot. #3DAnimation #AnimationWorkflow #BehindTheScenes #CGI #VisualDesign #CreativeProcess

“Cut-Out”? “Frame by Frame”? Have you ever heard someone use these terms and thought: what are they talking about? Sounds like Greek to me! Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Split has put together a glossary to help you understand some of the main terms in the animation industry. #Cutout #FullAnimation #Animation

Freestyle animation using Sequencer - I can see UE becoming very competitive as an animation, compositing and vfx pipeline. This was created using a few short animation cycles blended and keyed. The camera is keyed and uses object tracking. Audio and cuts are all done in Sequencer for real time in game content. #UnrealEngine #Sequencer #GameDesign

Here’s a quick side by side breakdown from my Superhero Therapy animation, showing the process from animatic staging to final background design. This clip highlights how I move from timing + staging in the animatic to a more polished scene with background design and visual clarity. This is how DaVinci Resolve nodes look… just for a simple animation. .No crazy VFX. .No cinematic color grade. Just a basic, subtle animation. And still… this many nodes. This is the side of editing people don’t see: Small tweaks = multiple nodes One change = chain reaction Clean results need messy-looking setups Node-based workflows are powerful, but they’re not always “simple” — even when the animation is. This is why “just make it subtle” is rarely just subtle in post-production
