As schools grow, leadership often tries to add more control. More approvals. More checks. More reports. But scale doesn’t break because of lack of control. It breaks because of lack of consistency. When each campus runs slightly differently: • Data becomes unreliable • Policies are interpreted, not followed • Leadership loses confidence in numbers That’s why modern institutions focus on system-level consistency — shared workflows, shared definitions, shared visibility. Verticx is designed to bring consistency across campuses and roles, so growth doesn’t dilute standards. Consistency is what makes scale sustainable. #SchoolERP #EducationLeadership #EdTech #Verticx

In schools, delays rarely come from indecision. They come from missing clarity. When leaders wait for data: • Meetings get postponed • Issues escalate quietly • Opportunities pass Fast decisions don’t come from pressure. They come from systems that surface the right information at the right time. That’s why modern institutions invest in real-time visibility across academics and operations. Verticx is built to reduce decision latency — so leadership can act while outcomes still matter. Speed isn’t rushed leadership. It’s informed leadership. #SchoolERP #EducationLeadership #EdTech #Verticx

Firefighting feels like urgency. But it’s usually a symptom of low predictability. When systems don’t surface signals early: • Small issues become emergencies • Leaders react instead of plan • Teams stay busy but outcomes stall Predictability doesn’t come from working harder. It comes from systems that make patterns visible — attendance trends, academic progress, operational bottlenecks. That’s how institutions move from reacting daily to planning confidently. Verticx is designed to help schools replace firefighting with foresight — by connecting academics and operations into one clear view. Predictability is what frees leadership to lead. #SchoolERP #EducationLeadership #EdTech #Verticx

Here’s a common misconception in tech leadership: 👉 Buy the licenses. 👉 Roll out the tools. 👉 Announce the transformation. And the organization will somehow evolve on its own. It won’t. Digital transformation is not a distribution exercise. It’s a leadership decision. Last week at our hackathon at Multitude IT Labs, I was reminded of something important: Real change happens when people step in. When they experiment. When they challenge existing assumptions. When they co-create the future together. 🚀 You can’t mandate curiosity. You can’t enforce ownership. But you can create the environment where both can grow. 🌱 If we want AI to truly improve how we build, test, and deliver software, leadership has to go beyond sponsorship. We have to: • set direction • explain the “why” • remove friction • and lead by example Technology enables transformation. People drive it. And when teams understand the purpose — not just the tool — that’s when momentum starts building. 📈 That’s the kind of transformation worth pursuing. #Leadership #TechLeadership #DigitalTransformation #AIFirst #EngineeringCulture

Most school leaders want accountability. Very few want micromanagement. But when systems lack clarity, micromanagement becomes the default. When data is delayed or unclear: • Leaders chase updates • Teachers feel monitored instead of supported • Accountability turns into friction Strong accountability doesn’t come from constant follow-ups. It comes from clear systems, shared visibility, and defined ownership. That’s the difference between supervision and trust. Verticx is designed to make accountability visible — without adding pressure or overhead. Good systems make accountability natural. #SchoolERP #EducationLeadership #EdTech #Verticx

for my network... If you're the most senior tech leader in your organisation its time to consider putting yourself forward for a bit of recognition. Being part of the CIO100 this year has been great, fabulous people to network with and a badge of credibility and assurance that the business world understands. So, as Freddie says, if you're a tech leader who is delivering business critical outcomes, you should throw your hat in. I also found the whole process valuable as it gets you really deeply reflecting on the value you add and how you achieve this. So it's a total win win. Read more in Freddie's post below. #CIO100 #CIO #CTO #CDTO #CDIO #Technology

Every Monday morning I ask myself the same question. What actually matters this week? After 30+ years in enterprise technology, I’ve watched the industry chase a lot of things: New platforms. New architectures. New buzzwords. Now — AI everywhere. But the organizations that succeed usually focus on something much simpler. Clarity. Clarity about: • the problem they’re solving • the outcomes they want • the people who will actually use the technology Technology evolves incredibly fast. But the fundamentals of good decision making haven’t changed much at all. Sometimes the most valuable thing a technology advisor can do is simply help organizations slow down long enough to ask the right questions. Curious how others are starting the week. What’s the one thing that actually matters for your organization this week? #Leadership #EnterpriseTechnology #AIstrategy #DigitalTransformation #MondayMotivation #TechnologyLeadership

BAL&NCE (Business Aligned Learning & Networking for Competency Enablement) was held in Bangalore on Friday, March 13th by NIIT bringing together industry experts to discuss talent trends aligning to business & ever changing technology landscape. At this event, it was my privilege to moderate a discussion with three eminent industry experts - Lekha Palakkot (Global Head of L&D, Sigmoid), Subhasis Bandyopadhyay (VP- BFSI Group Head, Happiest Minds) and Shivadarshan Deshamudre (Global Head of L&D, Ness Digital Engineering). Listening to the stories of how each of these leaders are creating a culture of continuous learning (including AI skills) and ensuring business alignment with ROI in their respective organization was inspiring. A key takeaway is the importance of creating a psychologically safe environment where all of learning, unlearning, trying, failing, relearning, succeeding can thrive at the workplace.
If technology is evolving at lightning speed, how do organizations ensure their people evolve with it? At BAL&NCE 3.0, this question shaped the Talent Development POV on Talent, Learning & Management (TL&M) panel, where leaders explored how organizations are rethinking learning ecosystems for the future. Moderated by Sailesh Moravaneni, PCC, the discussion featured insights from: • Lekha Palakkot – Sigmoid • Shivadarshan Deshamudre – Ness Digital Engineering • Subhasis Bandyopadhyay – Happiest Minds Technologies The panel explored how organizations are building future-ready talent, scalable learning frameworks, and leadership capabilities to stay competitive in an AI-driven world. Another powerful conversation from BAL&NCE 3.0. #FutureOfLearning #LeadershipDevelopment #StackRoute #EngineeringLeadership #NIIT #NIITBALANCE #BALANCEEvent #BALANCEForum

Most companies track 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴. 𝗟𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀 build skill infrastructure. The truth? A high test score doesn’t mean someone can handle a high-stakes crisis. 𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗔 𝗔𝗜 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗢𝗦 changes the game by mapping role-to-skill architecture and measuring capability through 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗹 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 — not just memorization. Because scale isn’t built on finishing courses. It’s built on 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝗢𝗦 is the operating system for performance. It’s time to stop measuring what people know and start measuring what they can do. 👉 Connect with us: https://lnkd.in/d9saEQhS 🌐 Visit our website: thelisa.ai #SkillOS #AIinWork #FutureOfWork #HRTech #Leadership
