Buongiorno, trovo inaccettabile che non sia disponibile un canale chiaro e facilmente accessibile per contestare un addebito. Sto cercando di segnalare l’importo della corsa del 23 maggio alle 00:25 verso Via Sambuco 5: mi sono stati addebitati 36,30€, mentre una corsa analoga del 29 aprile verso lo stesso indirizzo era costata 17,54€. Chiedo una verifica immediata della tariffa applicata, del percorso effettuato e il rimborso dell’eventuale differenza. Vi chiedo inoltre di indicarmi quale sia il canale corretto per aprire ufficialmente questa contestazione.

Uber Eats is becoming a complete scam. Not only have the last few orders been a problem, but their customer service is beyond rude and useless. I received an email saying someone redeemed two $25 gift cards on my account without my permission, and when I contacted support about the fraud, they acted like they couldn’t care less. No accountability, no real investigation, and no effort to help fix the issue. Just rude responses, excuses, and gaslighting instead of actual customer support. It honestly feels like they protect scammers more than their own paying customers. If this is how they handle fraud and stolen money, people should think twice before trusting them with their accounts or payment information.

Hello, Your individual engineer, who has been hired recently. They are abusing the system to prioritize only their community while everyone else is given a lower priority. Over 90% of the airport rides are matched to them from Seattle downtown and from SeaTac Airport to seattle and most of the rides like EV, comfort, and Business comfort rides are matched to them. While other drivers are given low priority. The riders are getting fed up and complaining because they wait for the driver for over 10 minutes specially airport rides. I've been driving Uber for over 12 years with a rider rating of over 4.97. I have a 2020 Tesla, and every month only 2 to 3 airport rides are offered to me. My weekly earning is capped with max $600 a week, while these community drivers earn over 10K months. Not only are these engineers protecting their diamond standing. Whoever contacts the support, has been trolled including me. When we contact support, they unblock only for a short time while connected with support and after that, we get blocked from the rider match. Also, your Uber support is useless. Please discuss with your engineering manager and have them investigate if they prove me wrong, Uber can suspend my account permanently. Thank you.

Uber!!!!, Roger’s communications recycled my Uber account phone number and I can’t login!!! 437-226-8623 the man is holding my lively hood hostage!!!

Fraud company claiming “customer safety is our priority,” but I faced two accidents during Uber rides and even suffered injuries. Despite this, Uber is refusing to provide any compensation. I even said forget compensation — at least refund my ride charges and the ₹1474 I spent on bandages and medicines because of these incidents. Still, the answer is no. This is how Uber treats injured customers after unsafe rides. It has been more then one month still no solution

Ride.” What is the main concept of this app? When a passenger opens the app, nearby taxis/auto vehicles will be visible on the map. If the passenger taps a vehicle, the following driver details will be shown: ✅ Driver Name ✅ Vehicle Number ✅ Vehicle Type ✅ Current Location ✅ Direct Call Button ✅ WhatsApp Contact Option Through this system, passengers and drivers can connect directly. Main purpose of this app: 🔹 Avoid high commission systems like Uber/Ola 🔹 Help local drivers get more trips 🔹 Help passengers easily find nearby vehicles 🔹 Provide direct connection between driver and passenger Drivers can switch Available ON/OFF inside the app. Only available vehicles will be visible on the map. Initially, I am planning to test this app on a small scale in the Thiruvananthapuram area. Total scam! They got upset when I complained about my order, then the next day two $25 Uber Eats gift cards were charged to my account. They refused to help or refund, and I’m pretty sure they were behind it. They where so rude to me when I ask for help they did nothing to help my account being scammed.

It is encouraging to see many school graduates in Bangladesh choosing professional careers as Uber drivers. This is a positive initiative that promotes dignity of work, independence, and service excellence. Many Uber drivers are highly professional, courteous, and hardworking. Wishing all Uber drivers continued success, safety, and prosperity in their journey ahead.
