Today we celebrate International Women’s Day 2026 and this year’s theme, #GiveToGain, a reminder that when organizations invest in women through opportunity, mentorship, and leadership pathways, everyone benefits. From an executive search perspective, we see firsthand how diverse leadership teams strengthen organizations and drive better outcomes. “Giving” in leadership can take many forms: • Sponsoring emerging female leaders • Creating equitable hiring and promotion pathways • Building diverse leadership pipelines • Investing in mentorship and development As a women-owned company, we at TSI Group celebrate the incredible women in our network and wish you continued growth, opportunity, and success as you lead and inspire others. International Women’s Day invites us to celebrate the achievements of women. It is also an opportunity to reflect on something that often sits quietly behind those achievements: community. The networks, circles, mentors, and peers who help women think bigger, lead stronger, and step into opportunity. At ETK Leadership Solutions, this year’s conference theme… My Sister’s Keeper… reminds us that leadership cultures grow stronger when women are intentional about supporting and advancing one another. Today, we invite you to reflect on two questions: • Who has played that role in your journey? • And how are you showing up for other women around you? Tag or acknowledge a woman who has made a difference in your leadership journey. #InternationalWomensDay #Leadership #WomenInLeadership #MySistersKeeper #GiveToGain

This International Women’s Day, we’re sharing these stories for one reason: to encourage more women to back themselves into leadership, in the way that feels authentic to them. We spoke to three of our female colleagues to find out what helped them grow into their leadership roles here at Clasado. Annika Malmros, Business Development Director said that what helped her grow the most was, "building confidence through action, not perfection". For Lucie Nagy, General Counsel, it was other women who "inspired me by the way they lifted and supported others, made thoughtful decisions under pressure, or communicated with clarity and empathy". And for Kelly Litherland, Operations Director, it was "listening carefully, preparing properly, and speaking with intention" that made her realise these were strengths in the corporate world. Swipe through for their full stories and the message they’d share with other women aspiring to lead in their field 👉 #IWD2026 #Science #STEM #Leadership

This Women’s Month, we celebrate those shaping leadership every day. Through initiatives like #Progrida, #Sonae continues to support the growth of women into leadership roles across our businesses. 🚀 #ShapingTomorrowToday #WomensMonth #DEI #WomenInLeadership #GenderEquality

During our No-Cost, Low-Barrier Women’s Leadership Training, we used tools such as the Privilege Walk to help participants reflect on power, access, and lived experiences. This activity creates space for deeper self-awareness — helping women understand how systems shape opportunities, challenges, and leadership journeys. 🌿 Because leadership is not just about where we are… …it’s about understanding the paths that brought us here. As we continue to celebrate Women’s Month, we honour the courage it takes to reflect, unlearn, and grow — together. 🔗 Learn more about our Women’s Leadership Toolkit: https://gqr.sh/7PGN #WomensMonth #WomenInLeadership #EquityInAction #DecolonizingLeadership #PositiveLivingNorth #CommunityLeadership #BreakTheStigma

We often talk about the Glass Ceiling, but the real barrier begins much earlier. The Broken Rung represents the critical first promotion gap — the step from entry-level to manager where many women are overlooked despite equal ambition and capability. When this first transition is inequitable, the long-term leadership pipeline is impacted before it even has the chance to grow. Addressing this requires more intentional promotion structures, transparent evaluation systems, and stronger sponsorship that actively advocates for women early in their careers. When organizations fix the first step, they don’t just improve representation at the top — they build a more balanced and future-ready leadership ecosystem from the ground up. #WomensHistoryMonth #Leadership #WorkplaceEquity #FutureOfWork
