🚀 We’re Hiring: Senior Backend Engineer 📍 Location: India (Remote) Experience: 5–7+ years We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to join our team & help build the core backend systems, a multi-tenant SaaS platform transforming financial operations through AI-powered automation. Built using FastAPI, PostgreSQL, LangGraph, & modern cloud infrastructure, Key Responsibilities :- 1.Backend Development 2.Design & build scalable REST APIs using FastAPI 3.Implement authentication & authorization systems (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC) 4.Handle asynchronous operations & concurrent requests 5.Maintain API documentation using OpenAPI/Swagger Database & Data Layer :- 1.Design PostgreSQL schemas for multi-tenant SaaS architecture 2.Write optimize complex SQL queries and indexing strategies 3.Manage database migrations using Alembic 4.Implement Redis caching for performance optimization AI Agent Integration :- 1.Integrate LangGraph agents into backend workflows 2.Implement LLM API integrations & error handling 3.Optimize LLM usage with caching & prompt optimization 4.Build monitoring & observability for AI workflows Business Logic & Workflows :- 1.Implement financial workflows such as invoice processing, payment tracking & reporting 2.Build background jobs & async tasks 3.Develop data import/export systems (CSV, Excel, API integrations) 4.Maintain audit logging & tenant-specific configurations Testing & Code Quality :- 1.Write unit & integration tests using Pytest 2.Ensure high code quality & test coverage 3.Participate in code reviews & debugging production issues Collaboration :- 1.Work closely with frontend engineers, AI engineers & product teams 2.Participate in sprint planning, standups & retrospectives 3.Maintain cross-timezone collaboration with global teams Tech Stack :- Core Technologies :- Python • FastAPI • PostgreSQL • SQLAlchemy • Alembic • Redis • REST APIs • Pytest • Git • Docker Nice to Have :- LangChain / LangGraph • OpenAI APIs • AWS (EKS, RDS, S3) • Auth0 • Kubernetes • Celery • CI/CD pipelines • Observability tools ✅ Required Qualifications :- 1.5–7+ years of backend development experience 2.Strong expertise in Python & modern backend frameworks (FastAPI / Django / Flask) 3.Solid experience with PostgreSQL schema design & query optimization 4.Experience building production-grade REST APIs 5.Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture 6.Experience with authentication systems (JWT, OAuth2, RBAC) 7.Familiarity with Docker & cloud-based deployments 8.Strong debugging, testing,& performance optimization skills Preferred Qualifications :- 1. Experience building multi-tenant SaaS platforms 2. Background in FinTech or enterprise systems 3. Experience with AI / LLM technologies 4.
