I’ve got some big and bittersweet news to share. After a lot of reflection, I’ve decided to step away from my role at Brainlabs. I am incredibly proud of what we have built together, achieveing +450% growth in my 4 years in the role (building the team to over 90 people!), and working with the most renowned and brilliant marketers in the world across our current portfolio to achieve outstanding performance results. Brainlabs is in a great position. We have exceptional leadership across the AI SEO business (inclusive of CRO & Content), a clear continuity plan, and continued investment in where we are headed. As part of that next chapter, we are hiring a backfill Managing Director of AI SEO and a new Head of AI Visibility to lead and expand this practice. If you are excited about: • Building at the intersection of AI Search and AI automations • Leading a high-performing team working with the world's largest brands • Defining what measurement looks like in an AI search landscape • Driving commercial growth in a rapidly evolving category ...then this could be an incredible opportunity. This transition is a personal one. It comes after a season of meaningful life changes, including getting married, watching my Mom battle bladder cancer multiple times (she's doing better now, thankfully...Love you, Mom!), and losing my grandparents. After 8 years of doing basically the same thing at different companies, I feel ready for a new kind of challenge, with a change of pace and perspective. That said, for now, my priority is setting the team and the business up for continued success. I will be cheering loudly for the Brainlabs AI SEO team from afar and watching them continue to raise the bar.
