🎧Vibe Coding for Tour Operators: No‑Code Tools to Save Time and Grow Revenue In this episode, 🌏 Peter Syme 🌍 and strategist Drew Falkman dive into "vibe coding" - the art of using simple, plain-English prompts to build small ops tools that streamline your tour business. They break down how you can optimize core workflows like booking flow, guide scheduling, post-tour follow-ups, and review responses without the tech jargon. The goal? To drive more direct revenue with fewer drop-offs, faster replies, and reduced reliance on OTAs. 👉 Listen to the full episode now and start simplifying your tour operations: https://lnkd.in/eFz7Euky #Tourpreneur #TourOperations #TravelBusiness

I built CostToFly, a flight price comparison project that pulls data from MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, and Cleartrip and turns it into something actually readable. The focus wasn’t just scraping results, but dealing with the parts that usually break: - different DOM structures for the same idea - infinite scroll and stale-loading behavior - duplicated and inconsistent pricing data - turning raw listings into comparable metrics The output shows cheapest flights, best value options, price ranges, and how departure time affects cost...all in one view. This isn’t meant to replace booking platforms. It’s an exercise in understanding price behavior and building a clean pipeline from unreliable inputs. Where will your travel agency be in 10 years? If the answer is "at the top of the industry," then we need to talk about the "Mind Blank" that happens when we discuss technology. Most travel agents are avoiding tech because they think it's too hard. But avoiding tech is avoiding growth. I’m on a mission to bridge that gap and show you that technology can be easy, accessible, and your biggest competitive advantage. Don't let a fear of coding stop you from reaching global clients. Are you in the long run for this industry? Let’s discuss in the comments. #TravelIndustry #TravelTech #TourismBusiness #DigitalTransformation #TravelAgency

We’re excited to share that two of our team members will be speaking at apidays Paris this week. Both sessions take place Thursday, December 11th at 11:00 AM, covering two highly relevant topics for anyone working with modern API ecosystems. 🧑💻 Samir AMZANI will be speaking about Lessons from Two Decades of Lifecycle Management: Governing APIs in the Age of AI. He will break down what long-term API governance really looks like—what’s changed, what hasn’t, and how AI is reshaping lifecycle management at scale. 👨💻 Jonas Terp Lagoni will be speaking about A Multi-Protocol Code Generation for Modern APIs. He will walk through a practical approach to code generation that supports multiple API protocols and reduces complexity for engineering teams building integrations. If you’re attending APIdays, you can check the full agenda and add the sessions to your schedule. Both talks will run in parallel, so pick the one that fits your focus. And if you’re a B2B SaaS or a fintech company looking to launch integrations faster or streamline your integration strategy, feel free to 📥 DM Samir or Jonas. They’re happy to carve out time during the event to walk you through how Apideck can support your roadmap. 🔗 Agenda: https://lnkd.in/e8hbdq5k See you in Paris 🇨🇵🥐🥖🗼

The bigger the organisation, the heavier the approval process. That’s exactly why minimum-touch workflows matter. This week, Simon Crunden breaks down how Nutrip streamlines complex approvals by building best practice right into the platform. Thoughts? Share if you agree 😊 #TravelManagement #TripTech #BusinessTravel #ExpenseManagement #FinanceVisibility

🌟 A simple reminder for the year ahead: smoother projects start with clearer workflows. When teams have the right structure behind them, everything runs smoother—from documentation to handover. In our latest case study, Trail Group share how tightening a few core processes improved delivery across every project. Having led product at saasguru, Elevate, and Doctors on Duty, I’ve seen how async-first cultures outperform "sync-addicted" ones every time. In this video, I discuss: Flow State Protection: Stop the interruption cycle. Async Planning: Using "Multiplexing" to deliver faster. Culture of Ownership: Why we "Default to Action." Watch the clip to see how to reclaim your team’s time.

Most speakers believe booking success hinges on delivering more value—frameworks, steps, content. But here's the paradox: abundance can paralyze choice. One transformative idea, however, reorders everything. It clarifies the path forward. It makes the decision obvious. Transformation beats mere information, every time. Focus on impact, not just input. #PublicSpeaking #KeynoteSpeaker #PresentationSkills #ThoughtLeadership #TheStageAdvantage

Through our delivery work, we saw the same challenges surface again and again. Teams wanted to move quickly, but not recklessly. They needed clarity when context was incomplete, and structure when complexity increased. Over time, these experiences shaped two distinct but connected playbooks. The Windsurf Playbook reflects how teams navigate change and make progress in fast moving situations. The GenAI Playbook captures what we learned about building strong foundations, ownership, and trust as AI becomes part of everyday operations. Both are grounded in real delivery, shaped by collaboration, and refined through practice. If you are interested in how these lessons inform the way we work with teams, you can explore more at slash.co. #SharedLearning #WindsurfPlaybook #GenAIPlaybook #AIDelivery #BuiltFromPractice #Slash

Just spent some time with Windsurf Wave 13: Merry Shipmas and this release is a big one for anyone building serious software workflows with AI. What stands out most is that Windsurf now treats AI like a real teammate, not just a chat box. You can run parallel, multi-agent Cascade sessions side-by-side, compare outputs, monitor progress, and basically turn your editor into a live control room. Pair this with Git worktree support and it becomes incredibly natural to iterate across branches without conflict. A few highlights that made me smile: • SWE-1.5 Free for the next 3 months with full intelligence and benchmark performance • Multi-Cascade panes & tabs for true parallel workflows • Dedicated interactive terminal for more reliable agent execution • Context window usage indicator so you actually know when you’re pushing limits • Hooks + enterprise rules for teams that need governance and auditing • Tons of polish and quality improvements This is the closest I’ve seen to AI workflows feeling “native” inside a dev environment instead of bolted on. If you’ve been curious about AI agents for real engineering work, this update is worth a look. 🚢 Happy Shipmas!

Budget planning for pilots using free credits and clear guardrails Pilots rarely fail due to tech. They fail because teams lose control of the budget before the learning begins. Every developer and SME team starts with the same excitement of testing a few models, comparing outputs, validating the idea, moving fast. Then the reality hits. Each provider asks for upfront credits. Each model charges differently. A pilot that should feel like exploration turns into cost anxiety. This is why Kiitos designed OneAPI with free credits and one unified meter. You begin with a single credit pool that works for text, image, and video models. You see usage clearly. You test widely without juggling subscriptions. And you understand your burn before you plan your scale. The smartest pilots start small, measure everything, and expand only after the cost curve becomes predictable. Here is the simplest way to do that on Kiitos without wasting money or momentum. P.S. If you want to test this flow yourself, create a OneAPI key on Kiitos and begin your pilot with the free credit pool.
