Catherine W. LeBlanc’s impact on the National Black MBA Association® is woven into the very fabric of our history. A lifelong member, past Atlanta Chapter President, and NBMBAA® Board member and officer, she has helped shape the Association’s vision for leadership, education, and service. From presidential appointments in the White House to senior roles in education and industry, Catherine has used every chapter of her 30+ year career to open doors for Black professionals and students. As co-creator of NBMBAA’s respected Leadership Institute and a recipient of the H. Naylor Fitzhugh Award of Relevance, the President’s Award for Outstanding Leadership, and Outstanding MBA of the Year, her legacy is one of excellence, innovation, and unwavering commitment to our mission.
