Is Open Media Transport (OMT) real? In under 15 minutes, I spun up a Windows instance on AWS, downloaded Central Control's test signal generator and vMix's OMT Viewer, and saw interoperability between two vendors. Still lots of questions about the codec quality vs. data rate, scalability, reliability, etc., but an interesting start.
Interesting. Is there a way to transport closed captions or other ancillary data on this open media transport protocol?

One of the most important facts about OMT is that ffmpeg will have it built in.
