How do you achieve least privilege? One access permission at a time. Today, I’m thrilled to share a major milestone in Veza journey: we’ve raised $108M in Series D funding, led by New Enterprise Associates (NEA) with strong participation from all our existing investors—Accel, GV, True Ventures, Norwest, Ballistic Ventures, J.P. Morgan, and Blackstone—and new strategic partners like Atlassian Ventures, Workday Ventures, and Snowflake Ventures. When we started Veza, authorization had the curiosity of the industry. Today it has their attention - identity security now stands the top priority for enterprises. The results: 150+ customers, 10M+ identities, 16B+ permissions, 2.3x YoY ARR growth, and 140%+ NRR! We’ll leverage this new capital to double down on scaling our GTM efforts world-wide, and accelerates R&D across key innovation areas, including existing identity initiatives of next-gen IGA, cloud PAM, SaaS Security, Cloud Entitlements Management; and fast emerging identity initiatives of NHI Security, AI Governance, and Agentic AI Security.
