#IBM Tech 2026 Proud and grateful to be part of IBM Tech 2026 in San Diego an inspiring gathering of 1100+ top technical contributors from across the globe. One insight that stayed with me, echoed during the general sessions, was: “The world does not pay for what you know ,it pays for what you deliver.” A powerful reminder that execution and real-world impact matter far more than knowledge alone. Beyond the technology deep dives, what made this experience exceptional were the master sessions. Hearing from Hugh Herr on bionics and human potential, and Barbara Oakley Oakley on learning and mindset was truly inspiring. The event beautifully balanced innovation with celebration — from fireworks and recreational activities (my personal highlight: whale watching 🐋), to a fantastic closing dinner featuring an incredible performance by mentalist Oz Pearlman It was also a great opportunity to reconnect in person with colleagues and friends, and most importantly, spend meaningful time with my team as we continue building AI products with #IBM BOB Xavier « X » Santolaria Fabian Faes Abhilasha and Harish A heartfelt thank you to the ASEAN leadership for the nomination, and to the many colleagues who continuously inspire and support special thanks to all the fellow participants for always pushing boundaries and motivating me to aim higher. And the cherry on top getting to meet my uncle and spend time with family ❤️ Feeling energized, inspired, and ready to build what truly matters.
