Yesterday was a deeply satisfying moment for me as an academic. I had the opportunity to arrange a Guest Lecture at ISME for our BCA students, and the resource person was someone very special — Manjunath Ramakrishna, a former MCA student of mine from CMRIT, and now a Software Architect. He delivered an engaging session on “Inside Modern Web Applications: From JavaScript to Career Opportunities.” From React.js and Python frameworks to cloud-native architecture and real-world deployment practices, the session beautifully connected classroom concepts with industry realities. As a teacher, there is immense pride in seeing your student evolve into a confident professional. As a colleague, there is equal joy in creating platforms where industry and academia meaningfully intersect. For our BCA students, it was clarity about skills, careers, and expectations. For me, it was a full-circle moment. Grateful to witness growth — and even more grateful to help create opportunities for it. #GuestLecture #IndustryAcademiaConnect #TeacherPride #BCA #FullStackDevelopment #AcademicLeadership
How nice
Thank you so much, Sudipto Das sir. It truly meant a lot to come back and share my journey with the students. I’m grateful for your guidance and support over the years — it played a huge role in where I am today. Honored to be part of this full-circle moment.
