#AiLiteracy If you don’t understand how AI works, you won’t understand how your job works much longer. That’s not a prediction; it’s a wake-up call for all of us. AI literacy is now a core skill for #communications professionals. It’s not about becoming data scientists. It’s about staying relevant. AI is not just a tool; it's a transformative force that's reshaping functions, from creative brainstorming to audience insights and risk management. Disregarding AI as a core aspect of work is not just a missed opportunity; it's a potential pitfall. At our agency, we’re integrating AI thoughtfully, not to replace human ingenuity, but to amplify it. We’re also prioritizing AI education and ethical understanding. Because if we don’t shape how these tools are used in our industry, someone else will. We’re entering an era where judgment and literacy around AI will be just as important as writing and strategy, if not more so. It's not a choice, but a necessity for the future. #PR #Marketing #PRFuture #PublicRelations #PRInnovation #CommunicationsTrends #FutureOfWork #AIinPR The Pollack Group

Information - disinformation. Understanding and knowledge are two things I have. OK, I have a few more, but these are the ones I want to focus on in this post. My understanding and knowledge are unique. You can't simply read a book or study a subject; you have to live it, experience it and still be excited by the prospect of challenges. The best way I can explain it is straight from a Google search asking for the meaning of both 'understanding' and 'knowledge' (yes you read that correctly). Understanding: the mental process of a person who comprehends; comprehension; personal interpretation. Knowledge: the mental process of awareness and possession of information, facts, or skills acquired through learning or experience; what is known or understood by a person. Both of these have a common thread. AI Understanding: the ability of a machine to process data, identify patterns, and perform tasks that require human intelligence. AI Knowledge: the collective data, patterns, and rules that an artificial intelligence system has learnt from training on large datasets. Both of these also have a common thread. Once you understand and have the knowledge you may begin the mental process of building something with AI or not. There are no shortcuts, even with technology. If you are one of the businesses mentioned as being left behind by not actively embracing AI (I am sure you're not), don't worry, because you can connect and DM me anytime. There's no rush. You have countless opportunities to cost your business hundreds of thousands of pounds. My role is to stop you. #UnlimitedApplication #StrategicIntegration #AIblindness #UnderstandingKnowledge #Owner #Strategy

💥 UNPOPULAR OPINION: The AI "experts" teaching you are doing it WRONG. Here's what happened when I ignored every AI guru under 30: Month 1: Built an AI system that increased my revenue by 340% Month 2: Automated 60% of my workflow while IMPROVING client relationships Month 3: Created a scalable AI framework now used by 500+ women entrepreneurs The secret? I didn't learn AI like a 22-year-old programmer. I learned it like a 47-year-old strategic thinker. 🔥 Instead of memorizing prompts → I developed AI intuition 🔥 Instead of chasing tools → I focused on transformation outcomes 🔥 Instead of technical complexity → I prioritized energy-conscious implementation 🔥 Instead of replacing humans → I amplified human wisdom Your decades of experience aren't obstacles to AI mastery. Future-Proof Your Career: The 3 Pillars of AI Literacy The most critical skill in the age of Artificial Intelligence isn't coding—it's AI literacy. It’s about being a translator between human needs and machine capabilities. If you want to stay relevant and lead in the AI economy, focus on these three pillars: Technical Augmentation: Stop trying to compete with AI on speed; learn to leverage it. Master the tools in your domain (e.g., using GenAI for first drafts, predictive models for forecasting). This is about using AI as your co-pilot. Prompt Engineering: The better you communicate with an AI, the better your output. This goes beyond simple queries; it requires critical thinking to structure instructions, define context, and iterate until the result meets strategic business needs. Ethical Oversight (The Human Layer): AI is powerful but lacks judgment. Our value shifts to validating results, applying ethical filters, and ensuring the AI’s output aligns with company values and regulatory compliance. AI won't replace people, but people who use AI will replace those who don't. Are you actively integrating AI into your daily workflow? #AILiteracy #FutureofWork #CareerGrowth #Upskilling #Technology"

AI won’t replace you. But professionals with AI skills might. Artificial Intelligence is already reshaping how we work: 1. Routine tasks are being automated. 2. Leaders are making smarter, faster decisions with AI. 3. New roles in data, analytics, and AI management are emerging. The good news? You don’t need to be a programmer to stay ahead. Building skills in data, analytics, and digital tools can set you apart in an AI-driven workplace. Ready to future-proof your career? Your algorithm optimized perfectly. Every metric improved. Then you realized it chose efficiency over ethics. Human judgment suddenly matters again. As we race toward 2030, AI will dominate data analysis and report writing. But five human skills will become more valuable than ever. These skills can't be coded: 🧠 Adaptability - Learning, unlearning, relearning at lightning speed 🎯 Judgment - Questioning AI when it prioritizes metrics over morals 💡 Insight - Connecting dots across unrelated fields 🤝 Integrity - Asking deeper questions beyond efficiency 📚 Metalearning - Mastering how to learn itself AI excels within frameworks. Humans excel at creative leaps between them. The future belongs to those who can guide intelligent systems with wisdom. Not replace them. Direct them. Companies will pay premium salaries for these capabilities. They represent competitive advantages that can't be automated. The question isn't whether AI will change work. It's whether you're developing the skills that will always matter. What human skill are you investing in right now? #AI #FutureOfWork #HumanSkills 𝐒𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐜𝐞: https://lnkd.in/gViCaH5i

For generations, career paths were predictable. You trained, you specialised, you climbed a ladder. That ladder is gone. The pace of technological change, driven by generative AI, is not linear; it's exponential. As of mid-2025, over 77% of managers are actively adopting AI to enhance productivity, and the conversation has shifted from if AI will change work to how we must change to work with AI. This guide is not for those who want to passively watch this change. It is for those who want to lead it. It introduces a new archetype: the AI-Augmented Professional. This individual isn't just a user of tools; they are a strategic partner to intelligent systems. They offload their cognitive grunt work to AI to free up their uniquely human capacity for critical thinking, emotional intelligence, and complex problem-solving. This guide is designed to be a practical manual. Use the link in bio to get acces to the full guide, read it, mark it up, and most importantly, act on it. By the end, you will not only understand the landscape but will have a tangible plan to reshape your role and value within it.Comment "Guide" and I'll send you a free copy #ai #content #marketing

In a world buzzing about AI, the conversation often gravitates towards technical skills. But the real key to career growth isn't just about using the tools, it's about how you manage them. The future belongs to those who master a unique, and surprisingly human, set of skills. I call it the "A-D-V" framework: Ask, Delegate, Verify. The Art of the ASK (Clarity): The quality of AI output is a direct reflection of the quality of your input. The ability to articulate a task with extreme clarity, defining the scope, constraints, tone, and desired outcome is now a superpower. Garbage in, garbage out. Precision in, excellence out. The Wisdom to DELEGATE (Strategy): Knowing what and when to hand off to AI is a critical strategic decision. It's about understanding the strengths of the technology (e.g., data analysis, first drafts, code generation) versus the strengths of human intellect (e.g., emotional intelligence, strategic relationships, ethical judgment). Don't just offload work; delegate with purpose to amplify your own capabilities. The Diligence to VERIFY (Accountability): AI is a powerful co-pilot, not the captain. The most crucial step is rigorously reviewing, refining, and validating the output. Your domain expertise, critical thinking, and commitment to quality are the ultimate safeguards. Never trust, always verify. These are not technical skills, they are leadership skills applied to technology. By honing your ability to Ask, Delegate, and Verify, you shift from being a doer to an orchestrator of incredible productivity. #FutureOfWork #AI #CareerGrowth #Leadership #Skills #ProfessionalDevelopment #ArtificialIntelligence #Innovation
