We just announced our $60M series C funding led by Insight Partners, bringing our total fundraise till date to $105M. We’ve gotten to know the team at Insight Partners, Apoorva Goyal Nagu Chidambaram Kedar Venkatesh Samma Hafeez Santosh Iyer Jeffrey Lieberman, and others, over the last few years. They are company builders and true partners and I cannot be more excited about bringing them on as our latest investors. When we started the company 6 yrs ago, we didn’t anticipate how AI would change the world, and nor did we anticipate how central professional services teams would be to Enterprise AI transformation. The teams deploying AI are now the difference between software that turns into shelfware, and software that delivers outcomes. These teams now HAVE to scale their impact to more customers, existing and new, every year. They need to transform and re-invent how they work. This is the biggest opportunity for services teams and leaders to show up as the hero of the story. The spotlight is on them already - it’s all about Services-Led Growth in the “Outcome Era” of enterprise AI. Srikrishnan congrats on the $60M — this is a well-deserved milestone. what strikes me about the Rocketlane story is the timing: you started building a collaboration product and ended up sitting at the center of something much bigger — the services layer that makes enterprise AI actually land. the point about services-led growth is real. software ROI in 2026 is determined by the implementation team more than the product itself. onboarding and adoption are where deals turn into references or refunds. excited to see where Nitro takes this — the platform that helps services teams move from cost centers to growth drivers is a needed category.
