Recorded music is cheaper, cleaner, and easier to scale. But people still value live music because it creates presence, energy, and human connection. AI will create a similar divide in business. Some work will become automated: fast, cheap, and good enough. But other work will still need the human element. Sales is one of those areas. AI can help with research, outreach, follow-ups, and information. But when trust, emotion, risk, and judgment matter, people still want to deal with another person. For companies, the question is: Are you only providing the sound, or are you creating the experience?
