Static PowerPoint slides. Switching between systems mid-meeting. Sending a PDF and hoping for the best. This is still how most financial advisors present to clients today. Rene Affolter, Deputy CEO at GateB, explains how Pitcher uses a fundamentally different approach. Not a better way to make slides, but a modern, interactive presentation experience that keeps advisors and clients in one place, and in one conversation. Here's a closer look: https://lnkd.in/dwetd_wY #financialservices #finserv

PowerPoint and Presenting News: May 5, 2026 https://lnkd.in/g_KFNGBp In this issue, we explore how smart reuse and streamlined workflows can transform the way presentations are created and managed. We begin with practical techniques for reusing slides in PowerPoint, including drag-and-drop methods that make it easier to build new decks from proven content while maintaining consistency across presentations. We then turn to a conversation with Mike Power about NXPowerLite 11, where smarter optimization tools help reduce file bloat and keep presentations efficient and shareable. Together, these ideas highlight a simple truth: great presentations don’t always start from scratch. Sometimes the smartest approach is refining, reusing, and optimizing what already works exceptionally well. PowerPoint news featuring slide‑reuse tutorials, NXPowerLite 11 insights, conference recordings, and curated presentation templates. Most people still build PowerPoint decks slide by slide. There is a faster way: paste plain text and AI lays it into a designed PowerPoint deck. This single workflow change can save hours on every deck without sacrificing design quality. #PowerPoint #AITools #Productivity

The cleanest decks I've seen all had one thing set up before anything else. Guides. Proper margins. Done in five minutes at the start, before a single element touches the slide. That's it. That's the difference between a deck that looks intentional and one where something always feels slightly off no matter how many times you adjust it. Most people never set this up. They eyeball it, nudge things around, and still can't figure out why the spacing looks inconsistent. Our team of experts put together a blog on exactly how to do this in PowerPoint. The right way, not a workaround. Link in the comments. Set it up once and every deck you build after this will be cleaner for it. #presentations #PowerPoint
