You don’t need to prove everything, just enough to move forward. Early in sales, I’d overload presentations trying to “seal the deal.” I thought more proof = more confidence. It did the opposite. Now I keep my close simple: → One clear result from a similar client. → One next step to continue. → No extra slides, no pressure. Less content. More control. If your close feels heavy, lighten it.
