How to add a Suggestion Box to SharePoint Intranet

Is it a bit of a mess?   Do you ever just look at you SharePoint and think, this needs a tidy up but you know the moment you delete something, you will need them again 😆 Here’s a handy Power Automate flow I set up this week 👇 ✅ What it does: Once a month it checks SharePoint for any files older than 6 months, moves them into an Archive folder, and emails a quick summary of what’s been tidied up. No more tedious sorting, and no more putting it off for another day If you’re using Microsoft 365, these little automations can save loads of time!
