I used to obsess over what everyone thought of me, until I realized it was draining me more than helping me. “Do they like me? Are they judging me? Why did they say that?” It’s exhausting, and most of the time, it’s all in our heads. The most powerful move is to show up as you are. Back yourself with what I call Big Trust energy. When you accept yourself first, the opinions of others matter far less. If someone doesn't like it? That’s okay. If someone misunderstands? That’s okay. The right people will stay. I shared this on Virgin Radio UK’s 'The Chris Evans Breakfast Show', and I was blown away by his praise for Big Trust. Ten-year-old me would be so proud of what’s inside this book and the impact it’s having around the world. Even if you’ve “read all the books” like Chris Evans, this one could change your life. Big Trust is available wherever books, ebooks, and audiobooks are sold. Or you can order it online here: https://lnkd.in/g9UEFHj2 Oh, and stop obsessing over what ‘they’ think!

This is powerful. Most of the exhaustion we carry comes from managing imaginary conversations in our heads. Big Trust is the shift from performing to simply being. When you back yourself first, the world adjusts. It is beautiful to see this message reaching global platforms. Ten year old you would smile.

📣Dr. Shadé Zahrai has genuinely changed my life. Every time I begin to doubt myself, I do not retreat. Instead, I rebuild. I step into a new version of myself with more clarity, more discipline and more certainty. She has been a true breakthrough for me, not just in mindset but in action. I show up differently now because I choose certainty over hesitation. I commit, I execute and I evolve. Growth is no longer accidental. It’s intentional. Each challenge becomes a reset point, each doubt becomes fuel and each step forward reveals a strength I did not know I had. This is the process of becoming. Not staying the same, not waiting for permission, but continuously shaping a stronger, more defined version of myself. Thanky 🙏🏻🫵🏻👍🏻🏆

The world we experience is what the neurons in our brains make us experience. It’s all a perceived value. And yes we can definitely change the way we think to have better experiences in life.

Working towards your goals without being weight down by the opinion of others is biggest flex. But, it’s important to maintain a circle of people whose opinion does matter. We’ll run blind without it.

There's so much freedom when you finally let go of trying to anticipate and control what others think. True confidence doesn't mean everyone "gets" you, it means you trust yourself enough to show up anyway and if they don't like you? That's okay.

How about start with: do I love myself :) Chasing validation from others will always make you feel like you're not enough.

The weight of others’ opinions is a heavy burden we don’t need. True freedom comes when we trust ourselves enough to show up authentically. When we accept ourselves fully, the noise fades, and the right people stick around. Big Trust isn’t just a concept—it’s a power shift. The moment you stop seeking approval, you start living on your own terms. That’s where real strength and peace reside.

The transition from being "liked" to being "trusted" starts with backing yourself first. This shift from an external focus to an internal certainty is exactly what allows a leader to remain grounded when others are caught in the noise of second-guessing.

If you can’t hear them speak at your own funeral, their opinion doesn’t matter now. Just gotta focus on our own signal!

As a former CEO, I can relate, obsessing over others’ opinions drains energy and clouds judgment. The most effective leaders I’ve known show up authentically and operate from what I’d call ‘Big Trust energy’, they back themselves, focus on value, and let the right people naturally stay in their orbit. Confidence grounded in self-awareness is far more powerful than approval-seeking ever could be.
