Footprints update at 14 months old… Our growing team at Footprints is now 12 people and fast approaching being the largest residential sales office across Thanet, a real achievement given that we cover an area of around 70,000 chimney pots. We are growing fast but responsibly with every member of our team having over 10+ years experience and an average of 15+ years. We’re are highly selective with who joins our team and protective of our high standards. With a pipeline of around £250,000 and growing fast I couldn’t be prouder of our team. I’d like to say it’s been hard work but honestly, hand on heart, I’ve enjoyed it too much to see it as that. I’ts been an absolutely pleasure. Oh, and one our agents Steve Johnson personally exchanged on £28,000 last month - meaning a payout to him in April of £21,000. I am actually buzzing to get that money in to his bank account. There really is another way.
