Welcome to Tactical Tuesday on Business Agility Now, the podcast powered by Scaled Agile. I'm your host, Adam Mattis. Every Tuesday I'll share a quick, easy to implement tip to help make your time at work a little bit better. Let's get started. Mareem is gewoon christelijke naam. Strategic Advisor with scaled Agile. You might have noticed that some might have noticed that lately we've been putting a lot of attention into how we can bring. Agile ways of working at theology into a hardware or cyber physical products. So I've been spending a lot of time with customers, going out there showing the model material, having discussions with them. And quite often I am met with, well, we do understand why we need to do this, we don't understand how to do it. So agility within hardware at least for a majority of the companies I come to, this is fairly new. If I rewind a bit, about 20 years back, I was sitting as a configuration management consultant doing DevOps work, trying to get work to get software from one part of development to testing to the release. We wanted to optimize this. So what do we do? Well, we actually didn't go out and ask people. We started to experiment by a server. Here you code a little bit in Pearl tries to get the different parts to fit together until workflow it more efficiently. So I guess my tactical tip is now with the state we're in with hypothermia and cyber physical development within Agile, you need to go out and invest in those experiments. You need to find out what actually works in your context. I'll happily look it up and chat TPC. You won't find many answers in there. You actually need to go out and invest and see those answer yourself. So that's my tactical tip for today. We hope you enjoyed today's episode.
