The typical onboarding journey begins once we have an official agreement on a new project or an expansion project at an existing customer. We will reach out to the customer's team to arrange the first introduction meeting. This is one of my favorite moments because it saves the customer's first experience with working with Somatics. This is also the moment where we will get together to meet one another, but also to discuss the specifics of the project. Figure out some of the missing pieces, align on timelines as well as agree on the next steps. Once this is completed, we will have the necessary information to make the hardware selection. That means that we can also ship the hardware so it becomes available at the location that the customer prefers. Our next milestone is the installation preparation session. So what we do is get together to walk through the installation steps as well as discuss good practices. Provide them with some. Option tricks and familiarize them with the different tooling that is available. When it comes to commissioning, this is important to get right because we can prevent unnecessary troubleshooting as well as we can trust the data we are gathering later on. The next step is actually installing the hardware. At this stage, we make sure that we remain in close contact with installation teams in order to first of all support them every step of the way, but also make sure that all stakeholders. Are aligned and know the progress of the installation project. After the installation is completed, the semantics team will run a few checks to make sure that all the data we're gathering are according to the information provided. After this validation is completed, the asset will become live on the dashboard that marks the end of the onboarding journey.
