I’m delighted to share that I have been appointed as a Board Member at the Bridging & Development Lenders Association (BDLA). The BDLA plays a pivotal role in representing and advancing the Bridging and Development finance sector, and it’s an honour to join the board at such an important time for our industry, with evolving dynamics creating both challenges and opportunities. As Co-Founder of Magnet Capital, a sole development finance lender, I bring specialist insights across the full lifecycle of development finance: from back funding to portfolio management, through to retention of borrowers and repeat funding. I’m committed to working alongside fellow members to help drive higher standards, strengthen best practice, and support sustainable growth across the market.
