We are looking for a dynamic Sr. Director of Talent Development to join our senior HR leadership team. You will work with the CHRO and other HR leaders to set the people strategies for SHC. In this pivotal role, you will partner with executive leaders across SHC, including the CEO, COO, CMO to develop teams and leaders through a strengths-based approach, all in the spirit of creating an engaging work experience that enables employees to provide exceptional care to our patients.
