With OSH in Action, we approached it differently—designing a course that’s clear, engaging, and easy to apply at work. Same goal. Better learning experience. Is your training a library or a launchpad? Too often, we see eLearning projects turn into digital data dumps. The goal becomes "covering the material" rather than "changing the behavior." But information alone doesn't solve business challenges. Performance does. At ABK Learning Solutions, we prioritize performance-based outcomes from the very first meeting. We ask: What should the learner be able to do after this? If a piece of content doesn't directly support that action, we trim the fat. Strategic training isn't about how much information we can pack into a module. It's about how effectively we can move the needle on employee performance. This approach ensures every minute of seat time translates into real-world results. For a deeper look at how to stop wasting resources on ineffective training, we recommend our book: Stop the Profit Leak. It's a field guide to making sure your L&D budget actually works for you. Let's move beyond the "nice to know" and focus on the "need to do." Explore our portfolio and see how we build training that delivers: https://lnkd.in/eNE_jX6J

📌 Most training teams try to fix performance by adding more content. But one of the biggest performance improvements doesn’t come from what you teach but from when you teach it. Distributed practice (spacing learning over time) consistently improves retention, reduces cognitive overload, and reduces re‑training. If your learners forget key steps after a week, the issue isn’t the content. It’s the spacing. For training teams, spacing your training helps you: ✅ Reduce support tickets. ✅ Improve consistency across customers or locations. ✅ Make onboarding feel lighter and more manageable. ✅ Build long‑term retention without increasing workload. 🙂 Easy LMS makes this simple with modular content, spaced assessments, reminders, and reporting that shows how learning performs over time. Training doesn’t need to be heavier to be more effective. It needs to have a better timing strategy. 🔗 Find the full article in the comments. #LearningOperations #DistributedPractice #ClientTraining

Delivering training shouldn't be hard. Finding the right LMS shouldn't be either. You might be putting off the LMS conversation because you're not sure where to start. Or you tried a platform before and it didn't stick, we get it. DigitalChalk is built for teams that don't have a dedicated content team, a big IT department, or months to implement. You get unlimited support. A platform your team will actually use. And a way to build training — not just deliver it. See what it actually looks like by requesting a demo 👇

Stop Ineffective Training: How to Build Uplifting eLearning Modules Most corporate training fails for a simple reason: it informs, but it doesn’t transform. If learners are disengaged, overwhelmed, or forgetting content within days, the problem isn’t the learners it’s the design. Uplifting eLearning modules fix this by focusing on: Clear learning flow instead of content overload Real-world application instead of theory-heavy slides Emotional engagement that keeps learners mentally present Micro-interactions that reinforce understanding, not just deliver information Purpose-driven structure that connects learning to outcomes When training is designed to feel meaningful, learners don’t just complete itthey retain it and apply it. For more Details: https://lnkd.in/d-H3ysbn At TheEduassist, we focus on building eLearning experiences that improve engagement, completion, and real workplace impact not just course delivery. What’s the biggest issue you see in today’s corporate training content, delivery, or learner engagement?

What does effective learning actually look like? Not just content. Not just slides. But experiences that change how people think, act, and perform. Coming from education, I was trained to design learning that: • meets people where they are • keeps them engaged • actually sticks Now, I’m applying that same mindset to corporate training—building eLearning and system-based training that helps people do their jobs better, faster, and with confidence. Recently, I’ve been working on: • Interactive eLearning modules (Storyline & Rise) • System training simulations • Scenario-based learning experiences The goal is simple: Make learning useful, not just completed. If you’re in L&D, training, or instructional design—what’s one thing you focus on to make learning actually stick? #InstructionalDesign #LearningAndDevelopment #eLearning #CorporateTraining #CareerTransition
