AI is making hiring faster but also more impersonal. Both candidates and recruiters are relying on it, and it’s changing the whole dynamic. The real question is: are we improving hiring, or just speeding it up?

I have applied to RH positions, I have had conversations with RH and still nothing.

Hello, Honestly, the hiring process today can feel very discouraging for job seekers. You put in hours tailoring your CV, aligning your experience, and applying to roles where you genuinely meet the requirements—yet often, there’s complete silence. It’s not just about getting the job; it’s about being acknowledged. A simple response, even a rejection, shows respect for the time and effort candidates invest. I truly understand that recruiters handle a high volume of applications, but a lack of communication can make candidates feel overlooked and undervalued. A little empathy and transparency can make a big difference in someone’s journey.

Let us call you. Post the number. Also, Your focus is employer retainment efforts. Then people will stop "career role hopping". Maybe start penalizing these employers that are signing contracts with you and refusing to produce an actually productive environment.

Most recruiters I have seen charge. I was under the impression that headhunters were paid by the company after securing them a candidate.

I’m having a hard time getting my resume seen by a person. I have been applying since January and had no interviews.

Hello, Thank you for sharing the information. My main question is: how can I make sure that my resume was actually received and reviewed? I haven’t received any feedback or confirmation, so I’m not sure whether my application has been seen. I understand that you probably receive a large number of resumes, but sometimes it feels like only a limited number of applications are actually reviewed. I even tried to schedule an in-person meeting, but unfortunately I didn’t receive any response. I would really appreciate any guidance or update regarding my application status. Thank you.

What would you suggest for candidates that reach out to recruiters and no one gets back to them or even responds?
