𝗗𝗲𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝗶𝘀𝗻’𝘁 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗼𝘄𝗻. 𝗜𝘁’𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗺𝗲𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝗹𝗶𝘃𝗲. In my recent conversation with Anil Reddy, founder of Lollypop Design Studio, we explored a very personal decision- why he chose not to build his design studio as a legacy business. He shared how, despite receiving multiple acquisition offers, he chose the one that preserved the brand’s soul, even after his exit. Because to him, Lollypop wasn’t just a company. It was a creation. And creative work, like art and design, must be earned, not inherited. 🛠 At Sahi Designs, we relate deeply to this philosophy. Just like every home or workspace we design, a business built on passion and values has a much deeper impact, on teams, customers, and culture. 🎙 This conversation was filled with such reflections—about growth, detachment, and the purpose behind design. If you’re building a brand, or thinking about what kind of legacy to leave behind, I think this one will stay with you. 👉 Watch the full podcast here: https://lnkd.in/gwbKj2rG #DesignLeadership #RajSagar #AnilReddy #LollypopDesign #InteriorDesignIndia #BrandBuilding #Entrepreneurship #HeadwayToGrowth #CreativeFounders

Thank you for sharing, Raj. Watching my own interview brings back memories to relive those moments. You should consider doing more episodes like this with other entrepreneurs or creative individuals, I get to learn from them too. 🙏
