Buying an LMS is easy. Setting it up so people actually use it? That’s where things fall apart. We’re opening up a real ChartGO™ customer setup and walking through it — step by step. No slides. No theory. Just the actual system being explained. If you’ve ever wondered “what does a proper setup even look like?” — this is it. 📅 25th March 👉 Register and watch the full setup live: https://luma.com/mf7aoq50

SCORM doesn’t have to feel like a time machine to 2005. 📟 If you’re in Corporate Training, you know the struggle: SCORM is the industry standard for compliance, but most LMS players make it feel like a clunky, broken relic. "Did it track the completion?" "Why is the window so small?" "Why did it crash at 99%?" We’re changing the narrative at FreshLearn. We’ve overhauled our SCORM engine to ensure that your high-production courses actually look and act like high-production courses. Here’s what’s actually different: - Zero-Friction Playback: No more "pop-up blocked" nightmares. Just smooth, responsive scaling. - Bulletproof Tracking: Completion data that actually syncs the first time. - Modern UI: Your content stays front and center, not buried under a gray 90s-style wrapper. Compliance and structured training are hard enough to build—your LMS shouldn't make launching them the hardest part. Running SCORM but tired of the "clunky" factor? Let’s talk. 🚀 #SCORM #InstructionalDesign #CorporateTraining #LMS #EdTech #FreshLearn #WorkplaceLearning

I’m going to say it: Completion rates are a vanity metric. I’ve seen so many L&D teams celebrate a 100% completion rate on a 'critical' training module, only for the business to see zero change in performance. If people are just clicking 'Next' until they get a certificate, we haven't actually taught them anything. We’ve just given them a digital gold star for sitting still. When I partner with stakeholders, I’m always digging for the 'so what?' - Instead of 'How many people finished the course?', let’s ask: 'Did the number of support tickets go down?' - Instead of 'What was the average quiz score?', let’s ask: 'Is the sales team closing deals 15% faster?' The real ROI of instructional design isn't in the LMS reporting: it’s in the business outcomes. What’s one metric you’ve started tracking that actually proves the value of your training? I’d love to hear how you’re moving the needle beyond the 'compliance' mindset. #InstructionalDesign #LearningAndDevelopment #BusinessROI #PerformanceImprovement #AdultLearning #CorporateTraining

Improve your learners' engagement by actioning valuable insights from your LMS 📊 Completion rates are the most commonly-tracked metric, but they only tell you whether learners completed the training – not how engaged they were. Other useful metrics to explore include: ✅ Time spent on training materials ✅ Interaction tracking ✅ Quiz engagement and retention checks ✅ Learner feedback surveys ✅ Project-based performance Want to find out how to measure learner engagement beyond completions? 🔗 Check out our latest blog - link in comments #LearningAndDevelopment #TrackEngagement #LearnerEngagement #LMS

NEW: Does your organization rely on one or more learning systems as a backbone for training programs? Then eventually, you'll face a contract renewal. But before you sign up for another 3-5 years with your current platform, what should you do? IMHO, you owe it to yourself (and your business goals) to take a beat. Here's my advice on how to treat any renewal decision strategically. "Should You Renew Your LMS? Navigating 4 Decision Gates" ➡️ https://lnkd.in/gpjWMnsd via Talented Learning - Research and Consulting #LMS #CorporateLearning #LearningSystems #Software #eLearning
