Congratulations 🎉 Reliance Retail for this strategic move. Hearing the word kelvinator pinned my mind with the bad experience I am suffering from last 5 months. I purchased one desert cooler from Reliance Digital on 17.03.2023 stating one year full warranty. Found some defect on delivery but told by delivery boy that will be corrected by technician once call booked. Since that day till today I have written 25+ mails to customer care without getting any satisfactory response. Even involving the CEO desk BM Bade for help. I hope after this acquisition kelvinator service will improve and I will get the required support.
