Amazingly enough, this is true..a hard step..like going from private pilot to seasoned x country pilot. or, leaving corporate to run your own business. Requires flying.

3dIn the acquisition community there is paralysis by analysis due to refining the "requirements". Sometimes we get stuck in refinement mode which leads to excessive procurement time with contractors chasing the government around. Too many time I have seen procurements take way too long because we cannot get the requirement right (unfortunately I am guilty of that as well...). I like your thought of get on with it.
