New episode: conversations that elevate the way we lead. In this new episode, we talk with Lucien Alziari, who shares a powerful idea: "Being world-class isn’t about being the best inside your company…It’s about being better than the ones you’re competing against out there." “I spend 30% of my time outside the company to see the business from a different perspective.” This approach completely shifts how we understand leadership and the search for world-class talent. If you’re building teams or hiring top talent, this episode is for you. Watch the full episode the link is in the first comment. #Podcast #Leadership #WorldClass #Hiring #Mindset #BusinessGrowth

Episode 10 of Through the Journey is now live: 🎙️ “When the Safe Choice Isn’t the Right Choice: Leadership in Critical Transitions” There are moments in leadership where the decision is not between right and wrong. It is between safe and necessary. Between protecting comfort… and building a future that can actually win. In this episode, I share a critical transition from my career, stepping into an organization with strong assets, talented teams, and a proud legacy, but an executive layer that had grown comfortable with the present. Not incompetent. Not misaligned. Just comfortable. And comfort at the top is never neutral. This episode explores what happens when resistance to change comes from the highest levels, why the “reasonable” option is often the most dangerous one, and what it truly means to lead a transformation while the business is still running. 🎧 Watch Episode 10: When the Safe Choice Isn’t the Right Choice: Leadership in Critical Transitions 🔗 https://lnkd.in/e5yvtdQA If you are facing a moment where stability feels tempting but progress demands courage, this episode is for you. #ThroughTheJourney #Leadership #Transformation #ChangeLeadership #ExecutiveLeadership #DecisionMaking #Podcast #InnTechConsultant

In an era of systems, scale, and technology, human capital remains the quiet force shaping how organisations actually function. In this conversation with John Dore, we reflect on a career shaped by corporate success, strong mentorship, and high-performing environments and the perspective that emerges when experience turns into insight. From there, the conversation widens into something larger: why social and human capital, trust, relationships, and proximity quietly determine outcomes inside organisations. This episode isn’t about rejecting corporate life. It’s about understanding what it teaches you, and what it can’t. A thoughtful conversation on leadership, independence, and the relational foundations of modern work. 🎧 Watch the full episode: https://lnkd.in/e6KdnPhw The Social Capital Advantage - A journey from corporate success to relational leadership #HumanCapital #ThoughtLeadership #Podcast

Change always starts with people. Communication. Trust. Making sure your team understands why change is happening and feels part of it. That's hard enough when change is planned. But what about when it's driven by urgency and rising pressure? The new episode of #Pitch is ON and this one is different. Less process, more people. It's a thought leadership conversation about leading change, which is always extremely challenging. Luis Forero and Jeremy Strong share how they communicate difficult shifts, keep teams aligned when the status quo is challenged, and lead with stability when speed is everything. We also get into something that doesn't get talked about enough...the line between perfection and good enough. How a leader can actually give their team genuine permission to stop optimising and start executing without it feeling like lowering the bar. That's a great honest conversation worth listening to #thoughtleadership #transformation #change #leadership #podcast #supplychain 🎥 Watch the full episode https://lnkd.in/etq8CSpa

One thing I’ve learned working in healthcare transformation is that change rarely fails because of technology. It fails because people are asked to move faster than their confidence. Jeff’s conversation on this episode of #Pitch touches on something leaders don’t always say out loud: the balance between perfection and momentum. In complex systems like healthcare or supply chain, waiting for perfect alignment can stall progress. But pushing change without trust creates resistance. The real leadership skill is helping teams understand why the change matters while giving them the confidence that “good enough to move forward” is sometimes the right call. Worth the listen if you’re navigating transformation, uncertainty, or rapid innovation. Great conversation from Jeff, Luis Forero, and Jeremy Strong. #Leadership #Transformation #ChangeManagement #HealthcareInnov

One of the things I appreciated most about my conversation with Cecelia is that she didn’t try to sound impressive. She focused on being useful. We talked about how clarity, judgment, and timing matter more than perfect wording or polished delivery. Especially when the stakes are real and the room is listening. Cecelia shared how often people default to information when what’s actually needed is understanding. That gap is where trust is either built or lost. This episode is a good reminder that influence doesn’t come from saying more. It comes from saying the right thing at the right moment. 🎙️ Full conversation with Cecelia: https://lnkd.in/ebTxp2v5 If you work with customers, teams, or leaders and have ever felt that disconnect, this one will resonate. #Storytelling #Leadership #Communication #Podcast #IBlameDoug

Most leaders talk about resilience. Few can operationalize it. Neri’s frame is simple: treat constraints as inputs, build trust-rich networks, and stop running your org on a single hero. If you’re building for longevity, this is the mindset shift that matters. In this episode, I examine habits that CEOs often believe support growth but actually hinder progress. I caution against the allure of new ideas that can distract teams from effective strategies, advocating for a focus on refining what works. I discuss the risks of micromanaging and emphasize the importance of empowering team members. Additionally, I highlight the necessity of addressing tough conversations and providing feedback to foster a healthy workplace culture. This discussion sets the stage for reevaluating CEO habits and aligning leadership strategies with growth objectives, with more insights to come in future episodes.
