Diamond Mowers has been building mulching and brush cutting attachments in Sioux Falls, South Dakota for 25 years — and they're still independent, still family-influenced, and still manufacturing in the same state where they started. Our latest company profile breaks down their full product line (drum mulchers, disc mulchers, brush cutters, stump grinders), their Sourcewell government contract, and what keeps operators loyal in a crowded attachment market. Whether you run a land clearing crew or manage municipal vegetation, this one is worth a read. https://lnkd.in/eMhM_ikr

15 Years of realising that logs aren't getting any lighter. 🪵⚙️ Right, let’s be straight about it. Farming is a 40-year battle with your own lower back, and in this game, you’re only as good as your gear. Fifteen years ago, we stood in our yard, looking at a pile of wet timber and realising the industry was failing the person doing the work. The gear was flimsy, the stands were dangerous, and the "solutions" were just creating more faff. We didn't set out to just "make a product." We set out to engineer a Standard. The 15-Year Evolution (Built, Not Toyed With): We’ve spent a decade and a half perfecting these designs based on what actually happens in a muddy yard. That’s why the range looks the way it does: The Flagship: Solid, heavy-duty, and zero-wobble. It’s the original back-saver that set the bar for the whole industry. The Cat 2 3 point link: Because moving the work to the tractor is the only sensible way to handle land clearing. It’s a proper bit of kit for a serious job. 15 years of Irish rain has taught us that if it isn’t over-engineered and fully galvanised, it’s not worth the steel it's made from. We build gear for people who value their time and their health. 🇮🇪 Explore the range 15 years in the making: https://timbercroc.com #TimberCroc #ProperJob #IrishEngineering #FarmSafety #Landowner #MadeInIreland #15YearsStrong #BuiltToLast

Protect Your Equipment: Start with Proper Land preparation and skilled Operator. I recently watched this video of a tractor plough hit a hidden stump or stone causing a sudden, violent vibration across the implement. That moment says it all. Poor land clearing doesn’t just affect operations it damages equipment, increases maintenance costs, and shortens machine lifespan. Good land preparation means; Removing stumps and stones completely create a safe place for our Equipment even working surface. And just as important, skilled operators who can read the field and respond quickly would save us from unnecessary breakdown of the Equipment. Mechanization is expensive!!!!,Protect it with proper clearing and competent operation. #Agriculture #FarmMechanization #LandPreparation #Tractors #FarmManagement

A mounted reversible plough is a type of plough that is completely attached to a tractor through a three-point linkage system. All the weight of the plough is carried by the tractor, without support wheels. It uses a hydraulic system to turn the plough body, allowing soil to be turned in both directions and achieving smooth, ridge-free ploughing. This type of plough has several key features. First, it offers excellent maneuverability, making it ideal for small or irregular fields. Second, its compact structure makes transportation and operation more convenient. Third, it provides fast and efficient hydraulic turnover. However, it requires a tractor with strong lifting capacity and sufficient horsepower because the tractor carries the full load. Full-mounted reversible ploughs are widely used in medium-sized farms and areas where flexibility and efficiency are important. #mountedplough #mountedplow #agriculturalmachinery #ploughfactory #chinaplough

The fastest way to reduce landscape chaos? One year-round plan: mowing + turf care + enhancements + seasonal transitions + (when applicable) snow/ice built into a single operating calendar. 👉 Bundled services prevent the “who’s handling this?” scramble. We’re built for that: full-service commercial landscape contracts that reduce micromanagement and keep standards consistent because Safety, Quality, Production doesn’t work if services are fragmented. https://lnkd.in/giGaPPAi
