🚀 Want to start your Salesforce QA career or grow in the ecosystem? One of the most common questions I get 👉 “Which Salesforce certification should I do first?” ✅️ Start with Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201). It builds your foundation in objects, fields, security, workflows, and automation — essential for QAs to truly understand how Salesforce works. Once you’ve got Admin locked in, here’s where to go next: Platform App Builder → deeper into customizations & app testing Advanced Administrator → for complex configurations & scenarios Platform Developer I → if you test Apex, APIs, or Lightning Components Sales Cloud Consultant / Service Cloud Consultant → domain expertise to test real-world business processes end-to-end 💡 Start with Admin ✔️ Add Consultant-level certs for business process knowledge ✔️ Pick Developer certs if your QA role is technical ✔️ Having certifications as a QA doesn’t just look good on your profile — it helps you test smarter, find bugs faster, and accelerate your Salesforce career. 👉If you’re a Salesforce QA (or aspiring one), which certification helped you the most in your journey? Drop your thoughts ⬇️ #Salesforce #SalesforceQA #SalesforceCertification #SalesforceJobs #CareerInSalesforce #SalesforceTesting #SalesforceAdmin #SalesforceConsultant

Many thinks being a Salesforce QA is just about testing buttons, fields, and workflows. But in reality, Salesforce QA is about understanding how the platform behaves under the hood — data relationships, automation chains, async processes, and user permissions. 🔍 Let me give a real example: During one of my projects, an Opportunity record was triggering multiple automations: ⚙️ A Process Builder was updating a related Contact. ✉️ A Flow was sending an email alert. 🧩 An Apex Trigger was updating a custom object. Everything looked perfect in isolation — but when tested end-to-end, one automation overwrote the other’s field update. ✅ Functionally, each piece “worked.” ❌ But logically, the business outcome was wrong. And that’s exactly where a Salesforce QA’s real value comes in. We don’t just validate if something works — we ensure it works together and aligns with business logic. In Salesforce, quality assurance isn’t just testing — it’s about ensuring data consistency, automation harmony, and business accuracy. #Salesforce #Testing #QualityAssurance #SalesforceQA #FunctionalTesting #Automation #CRM

🚀 The Evolving Role of a Salesforce Administrator – and the Path to Development The Salesforce ecosystem is constantly transforming, and so is the role of a Salesforce Administrator. Today, Admins are no longer limited to managing users, profiles, and configurations — they are becoming strategic enablers of business innovation. 🔹 What’s New for Admins? AI-driven features (Einstein, Agentforce, Copilot) integrated into the platform Low-code tools like Flow Orchestration and Dynamic Forms Enhanced Data Cloud capabilities to unify customer data Stronger focus on automation, security, and scalability Admins now act as the bridge between business needs and technical execution, often stepping closer to a developer’s world. 🔹 Transforming from Support to Developer Role Many professionals (myself included) start in support roles — handling tickets, troubleshooting, and ensuring smooth operations. Transitioning into a developer role requires a mindset shift: Strengthen your core → Deep dive into Admin tools, Flows, and security. Learn Apex & LWC → Hands-on coding builds confidence beyond clicks. Use Trailhead & Projects → Practice with real-world scenarios and share them on GitHub. Certifications → Salesforce Platform Developer I is a strong starting point. Mentorship & Community → Engage with Salesforce groups, forums, and events. The journey from Admin → Developer is not overnight. But every step adds value to your career, making you both a problem-solver and an innovator in the ecosystem. 💡 As Salesforce grows, the opportunity isn’t just about keeping up — it’s about transforming yourself alongside the platform. #Salesforce Admin #Salesforce developer #Trailhead

Five years ago, I had no idea what Salesforce was. Today, it’s one of the fastest-growing career paths in tech—projected to create 9.3 million jobs globally by 2026. What makes Salesforce different? It’s not just a CRM. It’s an ecosystem—with solutions across sales, service, marketing, analytics, and AI. You don’t need to be a coder to start—Admins, QA, Business Analysts all have their place. Developers can scale faster with low-code + Apex + Lightning Web Components. If you’re in QA, dev, or even business roles, Salesforce is worth exploring: Certifications boost credibility Demand is greater than supply = higher salaries Community support is unmatched My advice: Pick one track (Admin, QA, or Developer) → Get certified → Build a hands-on project → Network actively. Question to you: Who here is considering switching into Salesforce this year? If yes, drop a quick comment—I’d love to connect with you.

⚙️ Debug Smarter: Track Apex Unexpected Exceptions with Free-Tier Event Monitoring Good news for Salesforce Developers 👩💻👨💻 You can now track unhandled Apex exceptions using Event Monitoring, even on the free tier — no extra licenses needed! Until now, most of us relied on unhandled exception emails (which often lacked context). Now, you can dig deeper with the Apex Unexpected Exception event type — directly in your event log files. Here’s what you get 👇 🔹 Full visibility into exception context — who triggered it, when, and what actions led to it. 🔹 Correlate issues with user activity, logins, report runs, and API calls. 🔹 Identify performance bottlenecks and unusual behavior faster. 🔹 Strengthen org security by spotting unexpected patterns in your logs. Free-tier access details: 🧩 Developer Edition: Access to all log types (1-day retention). 💼 Enterprise, Unlimited, Performance: Free access to login, logout, API usage & insecure external assets logs (1-day retention). With this, debugging Apex is no longer reactive — it’s data-driven. 🚀 Start leveraging Event Monitoring to improve your code quality, exception handling, and user experience. #Salesforce #Apex #EventMonitoring #SalesforceDevelopers #Debugging #Performance #TechInnovation #DevOps

Hot take: Salesforce Admins should be Jr. Developers. Sure, anyone can drag and drop a Flow… but are you null checking, modularizing, and keeping your logic scoped properly? Good Admins build automations. Great ones build maintainable systems. #salesforce #developers #admin #flows
