Cluster manager @AMOLLAD is very powerful. He forcefully makes BDA PAE without any prior notice. If any employee does not remain his pet, does not listen to his flattery, gossip, abuses and does not commit fraud in the market, then he tortures him mentally and financially. *Without any proof, he accuses the employee of stealing the swipe machine. *To submit the resignation, he tortures the employee so much that the employee resigns, even after that, in the morning gate meeting, he snatches the mobile from his hand and submits the resignation himself. *Threatens to fire from the job, threatens to declare him a fugitive. Makes baseless allegations without any proof. *Even after giving information continuously, he declares him a fugitive. The employee who remains his pet, flatters, gossips and listens to his abuses, he provides him all the facilities available from the company. *Employees who were previously blacklisted and declared fugitives by the company He includes them in his team on a high salary *Gets advance salary for an employee who has been on PIP twice *Makes his favourite employee stay at home for the whole month and gets him full salary without marking LOP as leave *Gets merchants beaten with a belt Manmeet Sandhu

On the basis of my experience of working in this company for two years, I can say that only that lower level employee can move ahead here and avail the facilities provided by the company, who will behave like an uncle, a pet to the manager, flatter him, gossip and listen to abuses, will beat merchants in the market with a belt, will commit fraud and cheating; the employee who will not do all this will be crushed like an insect and that employee will not be able to do anything because all the rules and regulations of the company are in the upper pocket of the manager.
