I recently attended the Private Directors Association®-Dallas | Fort Worth event which focused on the topic of IPO Readiness & Building Corporate Governance. The audience obtained insightful knowledge and narratives from a speaker panel of experts which included Juan C. C. (Managing Director, Grant Thornton), Greg Ethridge (Co-Founder/Partner, Long Table Partners), Debra (Debbie) Dial (Independent Board Director), and Tom Leppert (Independent Board Director). Kudos to Nichole Jordan (Regional Managing Principal, Texoma) for moderating the panel discussion.
