Know who this is? (there's two to spot!) I seem to be a fan of guys with muscles... cue Joe Rogan, Chris Williamson and this chap Alex Hormozi. I'm sure you can imagine my podcast list. Please listen to the Modern Wisdom podcast if you don't already! But guess what, being jacked is only part of what they're about. It's a side effect of being committed and consistent. It shows discipline. I'm in Alex's group and we had a Q&A last night, which was great fun. If you don't know him he's built multiple multi million pound businesses and is a fan of the grind and graft mentality. Which is becoming unfashionable these days I know! He's got a few books and a ton of experience when it comes to what works in business. His favourite phrase is to do more work. Which I struggle with sometimes as my kids come first, and self care does matter but actually I think it's necessary at times to work harder if you want to succeed. I know most of you hate Elon Musk but he's someone else who understands hard work and what it takes to succeed. And if you saw his recent Starship success you'll know it works. Personality aside you can't deny he is innovating on another level to most people! Whilst I don't want to be Elon or Alex, as I want to be a present mum and girlfriend, I do think we can learn from people like this. I'm never going to accept just doing okay, or just paying my bills. I think I can do so much more. No self limiting beliefs here! Yes you need to avoid burn out, but often we are playing it too safe as well. I have a TON of advice and experience getting people into jobs they love and I'm going to be sharing pretty much all of it for free in my new community. But I'm not allowed to talk about that yet. Just keep your eyes peeled, it's a secret between us, the ones who read this far!
